Reins of Life

Reins of Life (ROL) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, which uses horses, ponies and donkeys as partners in stride towards improved quality of life and greater independence. ROL offers mounted and unmounted activities to participants as young as 2 years of age, and no upper age limit, with mild to severe physical, emotional, cognitive, and social disabilities. Organization serves riders from 8 counties surrounding South Bend and Michigan City, mainly St. Joseph, La Porte & Porter Co. Reins of Life has been a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Intl. Premier Accredited center since 1978.
