Guidelines as of 2024:

As of January 1, 2024, changes have been made for those wishing to participate in Market on Main.  Market on Main has become Westville Area Chamber of Commerce’s successful event with a focus on promoting the Town of Westville and supporting the growth and development of the surrounding areas.

The purpose of this event is to showcase artisans, which allows artists of all kinds to showcase and sell their handicrafts.  Market on Main will primarily market this event to artisans, but we have expanded our offer to our members and those not-for-profit member businesses who would like to purchase or obtain a booth for informational purposes.  We will encourage those businesses to also make this a fun event for the participants who attend the fair by providing games for the young ones or providing water or snacks for the pets that attend the event with their owners.

Outlined below are the guidelines for Market on Main

1. For approved artisan vendors, we will continue to offer booths for the low cost of $65 for one space, $100 for an enlarged space.
2. Not-for-profit members will be offered a small booth at no cost. They must have supplied the Chamber with their 501c3 paperwork.
3. Not-for-profit (all membership levels) and for-profit gold members who want to participate will be provided with a booth at no cost. They should provide marketing swag, games for children or water/snacks for pets.  They must still apply for a booth (link below).
4. Silver members who want to participate will be offered a booth at a 10% discount.
5. Businesses located on Main Street will be allowed to participate. All non-member businesses must still apply for a booth (link below) and will be charged $65.
6. Food vendors must also apply for booth space and should contact us at info@westvillechamber.org with their food license and the type of food they will be offering at the event.
