The Independent Cat Society is a no-kill, not-for-profit cat shelter in Westville, Indiana. At most times, we have about 200 cats at the shelter and dozens more in foster care.  We have a very active trap, neuter, return program, spay/neuter voucher program and community outreach and education program.
