In 2013, Ken and Lou established a family owned restaurant and catering service where the slogan “Who’s Cooking? Sweet Lou, that’s Who!” became commonplace for Westville, Indiana residents. Known simply as “Sweet Lou’s,” they proudly served only the best recipes from Lou’s cookbook, showcasing Chicago Style food alongside old-fashioned, home cooked meals in the Westville restaurant.
